5q探針
5q長臂缺失是急性粒細胞白血病（AML）和骨髓異常增生綜合征（MDS）中zui為常見的重排；5q內部出現缺失（5q31-q33）出現于10-15%的MDS患者中，而5號染色體異常約占與治療相關的MDS的40%以上。本探針可用于檢測MDS患者5號染色體及其長臂（5q31-q33）是否發生缺失。-5/5q-的患者預后較好，可用于指導臨床進行預后判斷和治療方案的選擇，如可采用促進造血、誘導分化和生物反應調節劑等方式進行治療。
